ART BY CHANCE is our brand new ‘ultra short film festival‘ that will be aired in May 2010 all around the world.Films will meet us in our ‘dead times’ between daily activites unexpectedly and in non-theatrical venues like streets,busses,buildings,shopping malls,airports and of course subways.
Last year festival aired in 13 countries and over 70 cities and was wieved by more than 1 billion people.
